Hrid Majharey is a 2014 Bengali film written and directed by debutant Bengal filmmaker Ranjan Ghosh. Inspired by certain iconic plays of William Shakespeare, this is the first film in the Bengali language based on the works of the Bard and is presented as a tribute on his 450th Birth Anniversary.
